Refrigeration Systems

Considering the size and tonnage demand of most continuous freezing systems, a considerable sum of money can be spent on an engine room. Proper equipment sizing will help maximize a cost effective system design. We can help to design a turn-key refrigeration system or work in conjunction with the current contractor in order to maximize product output while minimizing operating expenses.

We offer both ammonia and Freon systems including:

• Single and 2-stage systems
• Screw compressors
• Recirculated or flooded systems
• Skid packaged systems

Evaporation Design

All of our refrigeration loads are sized internally, providing ample freezing ability to meet today's needs while allowing for future production flexibility. Our designs create systems that have:

• Correct velocity and direction of air flow to ensure a quality product. We design our systems so that air flow matches your specific product needs. Air velocity can be configured at higher or lower speeds depending upon product size and can also be variably set using AC inverters monitored through our PLC.
• Whether freezing or cooling, evaporator coil surface is essential. There must be coil surface on every level of the spiral in order to get proper heat transfer. We custom design our evaporators to achieve this goal.
